SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do not currently offer shipping on our product, however, we do offer Product Reservation on our website. You can Reserve the product you want and pick up from our studio location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns on any open or used product. If your product is unopened and unused and falls within the acceptable returns policy, we will review the item and may accept the returns for up to 30 days after purchasing with a valid receipt and upon approval, will reimburse you with an in-store credit.
Acceptable Returns Policy
We will only accept approved returns on in-stock items that are non perishable. Product that would not qualify for return includes items that are perishable, need to be refrigerated, are light sensitive, are temperature sensitive, opened, used, not in their original packaging, special order items, damaged items, broken items, and items that we do not carry in stock. (i.e. amazon orders, etc) Each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly.
